Working closely with the CEO and CFO, he oversees day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently with optimum performance. Richard draws on over 30 years of experience in the consulting, advertising/marketing, and thin film industries, with responsibility for administration; human resources; strategy, planning and operations management; financial planning; program and project management; quality assurance/ISO implementation; and customer satisfaction.
